Man I eat these things all the time, I know they are bad sor you but I cant stop eating them. Who else like them? I thought it was funny how when I started watching Naruto, Ramen was the main food...lol.

I used to like them alot but you can't eat too much of them with all that salt. I was eating them everyday at one point and started looking swollen.

Yeah they're really high in sodium, but having them once in a while isn't horrible for you.

I only eat them when theres nothing left in the house. But my cousin eats those things like 5 times a week he even puts some hot sauce, tuna and some other stuff in it and that stuff looks and smells disgusting I dont know how he eats it.

When I did eat them I would only use half of a packet of the seasonings per packet of noodles. I would eat 2 packs at a time; so it was one pack of seasonings.

I used to eat them in college... funny not too long ago I saw them in the store and was going to buy some. Checked the back on the nutrition fact and I was like WTF. This is terrible.

I don't eat ramen noodles but I do eat something similar. Kraft Dinner has come out with microwavable version of their macaroni. I tried it a couple months ago and I can't stop eating the damn thing!

Sad thing is, it's in pretty small packaging and expensive (about a 1.30) so it takes a hit on my pocketbook but I can't help it. It tastes sooo good.
