    Strength Shoes

These guys...do they work? Has anyone had success with them? I've been really getting into basketball again the last four months, and I got these from a friend.

Jimmy thinks they're awesome. George Costanza, not so much.

Limited gains with these shoes. You'll do better doing body weight squats, lunges and calf raises on steps.

Seen a lot of kids use them with great success, just stick to the program exactly.

My HS point guard was a 5'10 point guard who couldn't jump at all, used these for a year straight and then he could almost dunk, easily grab rim.

Most people don't use them right, but just stick to the plan and you'll be good to go.

Cool, thanks. Just need to find a VCR to play this tape...

I've been doing raises and extensions.
