So who here works with a complete moron?

Alright. I have been at my job for about 2 weeks now. And in that time period I have conclued that work with an absolute moron. I know that I should refrain from name-calling and that I shouldn't make snap decisions about people and all that stuff that parents tell their kids, but I can't help it, he is a moron.

    A few examples:

*He told me that a tree saved his life.(the story is too long and bizarre to try and re-tell)

*He told me a story of how he saved his kids life when he was outside and seen a lightning bolt strike the ground. He realized that his kids were in the basement of the house playing and he quickly ran to the house, went in the door, went down the stairs, and jumped to cover his kids from the explosion of the basement walls due to the lightning bolt.

*He ran over his foot with a forklift that he was operating.

*Today it was exteremely windy outside due to storms and he was taking a hammer and tapping on the concrete walls of our warehouse "looking for weak spots".

I understand that he could just be making these things up or acting, but I have asked around the office and everyone says he is not acting.

The man is a complete moron.

Anyone else work with a moron?

At my job, just about our entire management staff are morons. We also have a few gems in the field.

One guy has turned in people for sleeping on the job yet not a day goes by where he has stayed awake thru a full day of work.

Same guy refuses to do the physical part of the job, i work on the railroad with freight trains, he books off every single time hes lined up for a train that has work involved. Meaning, trains that dont just travel straight thru without stopping to pickup and setoff more cars. In the event he does get stuck with a train with work, he does everything in his power to skip it.

Yet if he see someone else do the same, he turns them in.

I tell ya, hypocrisy at its finest.

So if they say every job has at least one moron, but your job doesn't. I wonder what that means.

Re: So who here works with a complete moron?

I work with numerous morons, one chick works maybe 7 hours a week has worked about 8 weeks and asked me for a raise. I just ignored her, in my head I'm thinking, "You don't do anything better then anyone, you are atrocious to look at and waste more time trying to looke busy then you would if you actually did work."

There is a guy that was hanging out with my roommate at our house, he decides it's a good idea to start making fun of me. The thing is he wasn't making fun of me for stuff that I did he was making things up and ripping on me. I figure I'll shut him up with end all be all rip, "At least I haven't been in jail." He shut up for awhile, started talking again and had to be told to shut up by his 16 year old brother (also worked for me, fired him later on). We get done playing beer pong or whatever, me and my buddy were basically sober as we kept winning, we go upstairs and there is talking going on.

He decides to start again, I was banging a chick we worked with, he tried to make out with her on st. pats when she was wasted, and he comes out with, "You can only bang chicks that would bang anyone." I grabbed him by the collar and told him it was time to go. He tries to fight me, ends up on the ground and I went to punch him and it would have been the best punch I'd ever thrown in my life, right at his face, but my buddy knocked into me just slightly to where I just missed him (he later said he wanted me to hit him, but he slipped and got to me to soon).

I go upstairs because I'm done, I'm probably too old to be doing this anyway and I let my emotions get the best of me, whatever. This guy has his little brother and 3 other dudes telling him it's time to go, the owner of the condo telling him, "You're not fighting in my condo, it's not happening." He counters with, "I respect that bro, I'm not gonna fight in your condo, I'm just gonna go upstairs and fight him." He said that repeatedly.

He still works for me and never apoligized, I just figure he won't **** with me anymore and that since there was alcohol involved by both parties, although I would argue that I was sober, I wouldn't do anything about it.

I could go on and on, but I won't because it's probably boring.

Thank you friend, because if you landed that punch, you wouldn't be able to used that Jail comeback.

I coach with a guy who talks on his phone during our football games. One opposing coach asked how the guy keeps his job. I know why, but I can't get into that here.

that guy wouldn't have been able to send me to jail, it wouldn't have happened, cops never would have been called.
