My thoughts and condolences go out to Derek's family. Same kinda thing happened to a girl back in my HS days. She was going to school and the car crashed. I believe she wasn't wearing a seatbelt either.

Damn sorry to hear that. RIP.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: My Friend Derek died.
It's very sad that his life was cut short and his family will never be the same. It's ever sadder to think he'd almost certainly still be alive with a seat belt on.- The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.Comment

Re: My Friend Derek died.
Agreed. It baffles me that people don't wear a seat belt. You are in 2 tons of steel traveling up to 80 mph+. Every single person will be involved in a car accident at some point in their life. Why take the chance? Is the 3 seconds it takes to put it on really that long. I've seen absolutely horrific car accidents were people just get out and walk away because they were buckled up.
