Dad and bro own 4 restaurants. Two in Montreal and one in Toronto and one in New York City. I don't own it but it is kind of a family buisness, and I have a part in it.

If you don't mind me asking, which ones?

I used to, but my major client offered to hire me full time for more money than I was making as a business. Full bennies and pension plan, and they still let me work from home.

It was an easy offer to accept.

Yeah PK, I'm sure it is but the tradeoff im sure is worht it.

While I deal with a ton of work and stress dealing with people in the office and the field, I'm also stressed before I make it in because of the traffic, which is two-fold because it takes a tremendous amount of time to get to and from work.

Well not as bad as some, but my place is 15 minutes from my job, but it takes me anywhere from 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get here or home depending on traffic.

I could do without that.

I work for a company I started 8 years ago with seven other people, and now we have over 70 employees and just won 2nd place in the Indiana Chamber Small Business of the Year awards. I also started my own design company which consists of myself and a programmer. Between the two and my son, i get little sleep, but its worth it becuase im doing what i love.
