i'm not going to say i'm over it the next day but I get over it pretty quickly. It took about a week for me to get over the Cowboys loss.

I get really bummed for big losses. Speaking of the Cowboys, that Monday Night loss by my Bills to your Boys took me about a week to "get over". In fact...it still freakin' stings.

I don't understand it either. To each their own, but there are so many more important things in life than a sports game. Sure, I get upset when the Steelers lose, but I'm over it the next day.

I know! And honestly, I think it'd be worse at work if I wasn't at the forums lol. I'd just be thinking a lot more about other things. While I'd never react that crazily for sports, sometimes life stress pops up and it's nice to have places where you're not constantly thinking about that stuff, you know?

Can't speak for anyone else but I respect the guys that come here and take their lumps more for doing it than just hiding and pretending like nothing happened. I didn't disappear when the Mets collapsed this year... got shocked in '06.

I agree. Why would you want to hide? It's going to be brought up either way.

We all get upset, sad whatever when our teams lose, but you can't come to the forums because of it?

When the Yankees lost to the Red Sox in 04 I didn't watch ESPN or listen to WFAN for a week or so. Just no interest in hearing that ****. Doesn't mean I locked myself in my room and wouldn't come out though.

You know I was thinking about this, the only game that broke me up to the point that I was ALMOST like eli was Super Bowl XXV. The Dallas game this past season was tough too. I can't believe the roller coaster ride but I stuck around, watched it and took my lumps.
