    Total Gym 1500

Ya know....the Chuck Norris workout machine (thank YOU Chuck Norris!). Anyone ever try it? Any idea what they cost? Any opinion what they're really worth?

I got a Body-Solid gym from Amazon.com. Had to build it myself but I love it. I can work out arms, chest, back, legs, shoulders, and ab's with no problem. The Total Gym is around $250 I think. This one was $800 but I got a super deal and only paid $600 with free shipping.

Chuck Norris doesn't need to work out. He was born ripped.

and he built the TotalGym with his bare hands. No tools or welding at all.

No, I know what it is.... I just wondered if anyone had experience with one and how much it cost. Someone around here is selling one brand new for $100.

Definitely a good machine. I'd go for it. As long as you get a good exercise plan with it, you can get pretty ripped w/ it. Don't expect to be a body builder w/ it, but you can definitely get ripped.

Im thinking about buying one of these for my home gym my girl and I have built.

                    We already have...

                    New Horizon Treadmill
                    Horizon Eliptical
                    Bike

Im looking for some weights and upper body stuff now. This looks good.

Nothing beats free weights especial for legs!

I don't think these machines will do well for legs as once your adapted to the machine there is nowhere to go from there!

Chuck Norris removed the ribs from his own ribcage to build the prototype Total Gym.

                        Take care,
