22 degrees, feels like 7 with the wind chill in Beantown. Felt like 1 degree this morning.

about 8 degrees right now, but last night it was about -8 with a -22 degree windchill

its so cold here right now that my thermometer just hopped off my deck and said "**** this, I'm outta here!"


Its cold... and we are getting ready for up to a half inch of ice.

I read all these low temps posted and I laugh, why?



Because I actually had to run my central air AC the last few days, it was too warm in my home.

It's so cold you need to spike your coffee with vodka!

At least i'm not living in the Prairies. I don't know how some people can manage in -50 windchill in the winter.

Yeah, check my location. From Wikipedia:

Although it's actually quite nice right now. With the wind chill it's only -29 celcius!

Pretty much. You just have to be smart with the weather. You can't leave uncovered, make sure your car is started, etc, etc. Of course, we still had school and everything went on as usual. I believe the only tragedy was of two little boys who froze to death because their father was drunk and let them outside. Very sad.
