    need help with football stuff

Hey i finally decided to play football this year for my school team and im trying to figure out what brand of cleats i should get. I've been asking around and the main response I've been getting is Under Armor, Reebok and Nike. I want to play running back but thats no guarantee that I'll get it but I've been working my *** off to make sure i get a fair shot. Other positions im interested in are WR, TE, LB, and S or even FB. I'm about 6'0'' and 180 lb if that helps. Thanks.

Just get a pair that are comfortable for you, I don't think any pair stands out more then any other. Good luck by the way.

      The black Nikes. lol

I had a pair of black nike and they were awesome. I could use them on our turf field and grass fields fine.

Just a pair of nikes. Make sure you don't get somethign to big and clunky that are made for linement, but not something with no ankle support.

I would say something that is 3/4 or similar to it. Stay away from the super low cut if you are going to be a running back

I would say Nike, but just try a bunch of different pairs on and make some cuts.

I used to have a pair of adidas, just make sure you get real cleats not that molded junk they are pointless, (plus you get the click clack)

Well thanks ndeezlo. It looks like the general consensus is Nike. I was just wondering if any lasted longer or had greater effect on your game than the other. I'm prob gonna end up getting a mid cut but i just don't want anything thats gonna be ripping or whereas the cleats would be shot way too soon.

What's wrong with molded? It's what my school gave out last year. Granted the skill players cleats looked like they had screws.

Well nothing if its like the first pair you showed, but I had some for a while and had to change in the middle of the season becasue I just could never get any grip.
