OS Shoes Thread
Hit on a raffle for the Shattered Backboard 3.0s
[emoji1430]
Now I don’t have to pause my workout tomorrow morning at 10am to try and get through.
I like em more in person
On the fence about these but I might turn em into lows

Re: OS Shoes Thread
I wish I dipped into this thread a month or so ago. I don't know much about sneakers but I bought curry's shoe - the 5 or 6 I think...anyway the point is that they end up hurting my feet just wearing them nevermind running and jumping. I've never experienced that in my life and didn't have enough time in store to notice.
What a waste those things are, but I also wanted to avoid typical basketball shoes that look like huge moon boots. I like light and small performance based...
any recommendation here?Liquor in the front, poker in the rear.Comment

Re: OS Shoes Thread
PGs are good. Not very light, but stable and comfortable. I wear them on the courts, but also getting groceries.
The new Jordans are great, too. A bit lighter than the PGs, but still stable and sturdy.
Those are the only two I shoot ATM.

Re: OS Shoes Thread
I’d go a half size up from what you usually wear, but I like the Kyrie 5’s.Comment

Re: OS Shoes Thread
I've never been a shoe guy, but I wanted to add to my vert being a bit put off by my vert shrinking so much at 38 after kids and not being active enough - so I plant to join a mens league and do some excersizes to get back to before. I used to have a 30" vert grabbing the rim with both hands mid palm and I'm 5'11" with not very long arms. now I can't touch the rim or just barely and I'm guess my vert is probably 20-22" which is depressing AF lol
If you go towards your little toe from your heel on the side of your foot, when the flesh sort of juts out and gets wider - the shoe does that farther down than my foot, so it's jamming my muscles mid-foot and feels terrible. I've never had an issue like that with any shoe weather dress, casual or sport. they are sc5's black.Liquor in the front, poker in the rear.Comment

Re: OS Shoes Thread
Oh ok. I’ve never owned a pair of UA shoes so I wouldn’t know but a lot of volleyball players who also do vertical training exercises wear Kobe’s. There’s some 4s on Nike.com that are one of my favorite hooping shoes ever. The good thing about Nike is that you can buy them, try them out for a little while (>30 days) and return them if they’re not comfortable.

Re: OS Shoes Thread
Saw that the Bred 11's officially drop December 14th. Never bought a pair of J's. Do the 11's fit true to size? I wear a 12...do I need to do anything special to secure a pair?Comment

Re: OS Shoes Thread
Yeah they run true to size.
They’re going to be a general release so Nike, Footlocker, Finishline, etc... should all have them meaning that you should be able to get them fairly easy.
Picked up these on Saturday:
They change color depending on the light and the bottoms are really dope.
Also took a chance on these
Should be a cool summer vacay/beach shoe.
