The XX8's and this awful Raygun collection or whatever is the battle of the century for ugly *** sneakers. Can't believe they bastardized the Air Force Max like that.
Anyone who's buying these, clearly this ugly/bright color nonsense is just a phase Nike is milking - what are you going to do with these in 2-3 years when you realize they're ugly as hell and the hype is gone and pastels and neons are out of style? Are people going to be rocking these glittery Easter Eggs in 2015? I can, to a certain extent, justify dropping $200+ on a timeless sneaker that you can wear for a decade. Some Jordan IIIs or AM 90's. But something so blatantly "flash in the pan"? Good luck. This is like the Zubaz pants era of sneakers.
Jordans and Nike staples are timeless for the most part. This bright twist on every classic sneaker is absurd. I can't believe those Raygun Air Force Maxes are going for $250 on the Bay.

I still like the first model.
