about a month ago, I had completely worn out my shoes that I wore to work (some old New Balances).

I work at a golf course, and spend a lot of time on my feet and doing a lot of walking, so when trying to decide what shoes I wanted to get, I started thinking back to the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn on a day to day basis, and one type of shoe came to mind - the skateboarding shoes I wore throughout a couple of my years in junior high and high school.

So, I got these, and they've been great.

Where the hell did that come from? I'm confused.

I have no idea. This is a shoe thread. I posted a pic of some shoes I bought and he, "made fun of me for it?" Lol I don't get it. Could somebody explain?

I'm really off of sneakers lately outside of Roshe's when I have to run some errands.

Latest purchase...



First Polo shoes. They're comfy and $60 and look great with jeans or shorts. I'll be rocking them a lot this Fall.

Can anyone recommend a good basketball shoe? Mostly just for casual pick up games.
I tore my achilles and def don't want to repeat that haha.

I just bought these:



Urban Outfitters had them on sale for 60 + an additional 30% off. I had to scoop a half size bigger because that's all they had left. I'm worried about the bottoms yellowing but for 40 bucks I can take the L.

Just picked up these Air Max DT's. The last few shoes I've bought have been ones I wanted when I was in high school or university and could not afford them. I have not bought any of the recent Jordan's, I'm wait on the 12's "Taxis" and the 11's which my wife gets me for Christmas every year.
