    Das Boot!!!!

Warsteiner is pretty good, but it's a German Pilsener so it's not dark. Some of my friends find it a little bitter, but I like it. Definitely more of a "summer beer" (even though it's winter)... I just haven't had it in a while plus it's not expensive at all which is a nice plus.

Heh, the Tommyknocker Brewery is actually in my tiny-*** hometown. Jack Whacker is pretty tasty, as is the Maple Brown Ale. We used to get short pours from them when we were 17 because I had friends that worked there. Ahh, warm Maple Nut in my friend's upstairs bedroom...

i've been drinking alot of rye and ginger ale's lately.
Also, spiced rum with pepsi/rootbeer seems to be doing the trick.

Friday night I had my special mix....

                    Watermelon liquid mix
                    Diet Cherry 7-up
                    Bacardi Grand Melon
                    Midori Melon Liquor
                    Bacardi Rum or Watermelon Schnapps

Tastes like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher. Can't give you specific serving sizes since I just size it up with my eyes. They're deadly though because, if done right, you can't taste ANY alcohol. Easy to get lost. I only had 2.5 drinks though (red cups)

What does Blue Moon taste like? This is a question from someone who doesn't like beer except for Newcastle and Budweiser Select..

I can tell ya right now Matrix...it don't taste a THING like Bud select...not even close...it puts ANY Bud product to shame imo. here's Blue Moon in a nutshell...
Pours a cloudy golden color with a medium head. Smells of sweet fruits(mostly citrus). Nice fruity flavor, just a tad sweet...just a little...the aroma is fantastic...& it has a wheaty/orange taste kinda...with no hops bitterness...& the after taste is really crisp & clean & smoooooth...me likey ALOT!!!

it ain't as good as Dogfish Head...but DAMN close I've never had Newcastle...so i can't compare there.

Blue Moon isn't complete without an orange slice in the bottle. But Blue Moon isn't a "get you drunk" beer. Not economical at all.

Yeah if your looking to get plastered its not a very good choice (might as well be drinking Smirnoff). But if you are just social drinking and want something that tastes great, you can't go wrong with Blue Moon.
