That's an OK brew, it's good, but there is a lot better..
Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale is better IMO but you won't find that for $9..

I guess it's all personal preference. I think every beer Sam Adams makes is pure crap and I've had almost all of them and of course taken a tour of their brewery. I'm sure their Utopia is no different. They're a wannabe microbrewery who advertises that they're vastly superior to Budweiser, etc but variety is about the only thing they have going for them.

There is if you really enjoy trying different brews..
Sam adams is vastly superior to bud though. I don't like all of their brews but I at least give them credit for going the non traditional route as opposed to the other big (crapy) American breweries.Last edited by UNC_Pete; 04-25-2008, 12:03 PM.Comment

Since I'm about to embark on my annual vacation for my wife's company that features an open top shelf bar at every event, my drinks of choice are:
Long Island Ice Tea
Bombay Tonic
Makers and Coke
