Them too, they're my favorite band ATM. Have any suggestions, I love new bands.

The first one is pretty good but I hate the sound of growls really. They just sound kind of inhuman to me. The only reason I like some of Opeth is because of what I hear in the background. It has so much dept to it. I'm trained as a classical violinist musically so I like depth and layered sounds. If that's good I can sort of mute out the growls and focus on the music. The first one that you listed is a bit all over the place to me. I don't like the hard drums and screaming guitars with the growls on it. The intro was great though.

And what genre do you want me to recommend a band to you in? I have plenty that I could do in almost everything. What do you like most.

I'll listen to anything. If I like it is another story. I will be honest, my musical taste is not very deep. It is almost all rock, basically all categories, except Creed and U2 trash. Just can't listen to that stuff.

Yeah. I usually listen to the higher pitched screams though like Underoath. I don't like the more gutteral type stuff. Kind of odd.

U2 is awesome. To each his own. I'll recommend a few in everything then

I like A day to remember from the song that I'm listening to now. I've heard of Devil Wears Prada but haven't really listened to them. I'll check them out more after I finish listening to A Day to Remember.

They were one of my favorite bands for a long time. They do a lot of different stuff from other bands of that genre.

Hmm well I've been glued to the TV most of the day watching the Laurel and Hardy shorts/movies. Man they truly were geniuses.

I'm about to burn 5 DVDs in one shot in a few minutes as i've got two packages to mail out and a money order to send out as well on Tuesday. I'm also going to get one of those small chairs that can rest on the floor (I think it even has a cup holder!) as I tend to spend a lot of my time lying on the hard wood floor in the living room watching the satellite. It keeps screwing my back up though so it's time to get myself a chair to sit on.

As for the rest of tonight? I dunno. There more L&H stuff I want to watch starting at 11 which will take me til 6 AM. So there's that.

So I just made some cheese dip for the game, and I forgot to drain the liquid out of the Rotel. Now the dip is extremely runny.
