Last final for the semester in 50 minutes.. about time.

Finished.. I hate when there's 1 or 2 short answer questions that you feel blindsided by. Had 1 of them on the test but 4.0 semester here I come

LOL, I do that all the time too. The person I talk the most **** to is myself. "Don't be a pussie" is my personal fav.

Plus it does help you keep things in perspective, most people fail to realize how lucky they are and how many positives they have going for them. I have a small sign above my bedroom door that says "Today is a blessing", I look at it every morning when I walk out of my room. Even if it's a rough stretch, I'm alive, I have a job, I'm healthy and my future is in my own hands. That's a pretty good deal when you look at the big picture - alot more important than if my favorite team won, I'm in a cold stretch of playing ball or if I didn't get some girl I was chasing that weekend.

I have the exact same mindset. When the little things go wrong, we must all look at the big picture and realize that we are extremely lucky to be healthy and waking up every day to see the daylight.

I also talk to myself like you guys posted. It's the best cure when feeling sad. (I don't use the word "depression" since it is much worse than feeling "down" once in a while.)

I had three things I wanted to do today:

1) Round 1 of 3 of UMass Campus Bookstore Christmas Shopping for my family.
2) Finish paper numero uno.
3) Get high as a kite and watch Heroes.

1 and 2 are done.

1) Get my hair cut.
2) Go to the gym.
3) Go to that girl's soccer game tonight.

#3 might be the only one I accomplish, unless it gets rained out.

It was raining consistently all day, but now the clouds are going away and I can see the sun. Which kind of pisses me off because I love the rain, but it's cool at the same point because that girl's soccer game probably won't be called off.
