 Re: OS Off Topic

Not entirely true. The Civic is so much more a chick car though. At least my car had some kick to it.

Even worse, your car is "environmentally" friendly, total bitch ride. Enjoy driving. Comment

 Re: OS Off Topic

What year? I had to get rid of it, because of the terrible gas mileage. I'm positive I tested it and it was like 17 miles per gallon.

It's a great car, good pick up, just extremely bad on gas.

I really like the replacement, in the G8. Definitely something I am going to seriously consider when I finish college and get my "real" job.Comment

 Re: OS Off Topic

Well, the house me & my buddies live in down here at college has had a broken furnace for the past two nights. Nice timing, considering its been the coldest two nights of the winter so far. The landlord bought some space heaters for the downstairs and I bought a little one for my bedroom. The rest of the guys bailed for the night, but I'm sticking it out w/ my little heater, thermals, hoody, sweatpants, and blanket.Comment

 Re: OS Off Topic

 It's absolutely a chick car.

But I mean, most college aged kids aren't driving a brand new 09 car, so that's a step up on a lot of people who either have no car, or are driving some piece of **** that breaks down all the time.

I guess it comes down to how you got it. If it's a gift from the parents, then very nice. But if you have that much money to spend on a car, that is not the choice I would have made.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment
