Since I'm from Mass, I will give you that one.

However, Boston accents are not the worst accents in the world. They're not even the worst accents in our state. If you've ever met someone with a Worcester accent (people from MA will understand) they take the cake.

I got lucky in that respect. My girlfriend's Connecticut accent only really shows when she says something with an 'o' in it. A good example would be when she says the word 'over'.

Other than that I think her living in Alabama the last 2 years has really made her not have much of an accent.

My brother moved with his wife and kids to Alabama years and years ago (Army stationed him down there), and they all have southern-ish accents now. They've lived in Germany (he's in Iraq right now), for a few years, and they still have that accent. I wonder if they'll always have it.

Yeah but most people see a southern accent or a northeastern accent as a bad thing. And while it can be, mine isn't nor is hers. Trust me, I wouldn't put up with a heavy CT accent.

When I used to work there I convinced my boss to let me keep my store open as long as I wanted during the summer. The amount of kids and drunks we would get was crazy. We made some good cash, but if all of them stayed open 24 hours, I don't think it'd work as well.

Oh ya, 24 hour stores in Fort Collins is golden since its pretty much a college town. Mcdonalds is the only fast food place I know of here thats open 24 hours and theres a sub place that stays open till maybe 2 or 3am

Mariners - First team to have $100+ million payroll and lose 100+ games

Seahawks - 4-12...Super Bowl contenders decimated by injuries, now Holmgren is gone

WSU Cougars - 2-10 with only wins coming against winless UW and Div. II Portland State (oh yeah, and set FCS single season record for most points allowed in a season)

Sonics - only have won 3 games all....ERR....nevermind.

Yakima Bears - I know we're doing only the top pro sports, but the minor league I work for finished 28-48 while hitting .212 AS A TEAM.

I challenge ANYONE to compare. The Sonics alone win the argument.
