    What is your ultimate meal?

    By this I mean...

The one meal you can't get enough of..... the meal you could eat every day just about and never get tired of it.

For me, being from the Deep South it would have to be....

Barbecue Pork (Chopped of course) with Red Vinegar sauce
    Barbecue Baked Beans
Collard Greens with some Hot Sauce
    A large Sweet Tea
    Pecan Pie for Dessert

I get this just about every Sunday on my "cheat day" for my diet. Absolutely my favorite meal of all time.

I've pretty much eaten that same meal the entire weekend.

My mom cooked up some barbeque pig, and I've had 10 pig sandwiches since Saturday, with 4 cans of beans, and about a gallon and a half of tee.

However, as much as I love the pig, I'm going with:

Homemade Fried Chicken (my aunt's husband makes some dominant chicken)
      Crumbly biscuits
      Mashed potatoes and gravy
      Sweet tee

However, I also have a soft spot for:
      2 scrambled eggs
      A plate of hash browns
      4 pieces of bacon
      Biscuits and gravy
      A bagel with cream cheese
      Milk and orange juice

Though I don't really like desert. Desert masks a mediocre meal.

LOL...my former boss introduced me to Gold Star Chili about 3 years ago. He used to live in Cincinnati and grew to love the stuff. He has it shipped to Birmingham from their website now. Good stuff!

              -Any type of marinaded chicken.
              -Salad
              -Baked Potato

Most of the time I'll skip the salad and/or potato and get some more chicken. Chicken is so delicious.

London Broil: medium. My dad cuts it up in little pieces and marinades it in a bunch of different stuff (caribbean jerk, teriyaki, mesquite, chicago bbq).
                        Asparagus
                        Corn
Shell noodles with bits of bacon and onion in them.

Finished off with some strawberry cheesecake from the cheesecake factory.

T-bone steak and a baked potato.

Though right now I'd love to have some crawfish and potatoes.

Living in downtown Chicago there are way too many options but, the ultimately meal would be:

                              A mojito to start

A little bread and Olive Oil

A minimum 20oz Bone In Rib Eye with Sauteed Mushrooms
                              Grilled Asparagus
                              Garlic Mashed Potatoes
A glass of good Tuscan Red

Fresh in season berries in light cream

                              2-12yo Glenlivet on the Rocks.
