    Midwest Earthquake

I would've never believed that I would be saying this given where I live, but I experienced my first earthquake yesterday. It happened around 5:30 in the morning, I awoke to my bed shaking and a few things falling off the walls. No serious damage to my home or anyone around me, but a builiding in downtown Louisville had part of the structure fall off into the street below.

The quake measured 5.2 on the richters scale(sp?). It was felt as far north as Michigan and as far south as Alabama/Georgia. The quake was centered in SE Illinois and SW Indiana. There was an aftershock that measured 4.6 on the scale that was felt by many, including myself.

As I said, I suffered no damage other than a broken picture frame and all in all, the damage was fairly minimal. A buddy of mine had the chimney fall off his roof and my dog's doghouse outside fell over, but I built it so thats to be expected.

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

That's my fault. I was the one who brought it up in that other thread that had to do with Cali. Probably could've used its own.
