    Image Hosting

Having a new baby means my wife and I are going to be taking tons and tons of pictures. So many that I'm not going to want to e-mail them out to all of our family on a daily basis. So, I figured I'd find some where on the net to host the pictures.

So, where's the best place? Who do you guys suggest?

Also, some people, like my mom, are going to want to print out the pictures so I don't know if that makes any difference.

    Re: Image Hosting

I like www.imageshack.us because it's easy, fast and u don't have to register or something. And u can choose how the picture will be displayed (upload a pic and u'll see the different options). Any1 can download the pic easily. However, I'm not sure for how long your pictures are stored there, not sure if it's permanent or for some time. Maybe some1 else would know.
    My Specs:

    ZX Spectrum
    CPU: Z80 @ 3.5 MHz
    GPU: Monochrome display
    RAM: 48 KB
    OS: Sinclair BASIC

I like flickr.com myself. It's run by Yahoo! so if you have a yahoo ID, you're already set up.

        I use www.photobucket.com

I like the setup of the sites and the ease of using it. You can create sub-albums and all that good stuff and I'm pretty sure it will have info for printing pictures.

I believe there is a 25MB limit for free members. You do have to register. However I have about 4 accounts with them so there are ways around the size limits.

i agree with TJ, flickr is a great site to use and they recently added the option to upload video as well.

picasa is really good as far as organizing your photos and such. they soon have its own sharing site soon too.

I went with Flickr since as it appeared to be the best place. It's free and it didn't seem to limit you as much as other sites do so it seemed like the best place.

            Thanks for the advice guys.
