Small Problem I'm having

The past couple weeks I haven't been able to eat anything. I can get small amounts of food in me, but it is less than half the amount that I usualy eat before I am full.
Everything else is fine with me, I can still play sports at a high level, my personality hasn't changed, and I'm feeling great. It is just when I start eating I immediately feel sick and don't eat normal amounts of food. The past couple days I haven't ate dinner and had a normal breakfast once (eggs, toast, bacon) this last week. I'm just seeing if you guys have any idea of what's up with me, because I have no clue and it's beginning to worry me.

It could be. I don't know if age plays into this at all, but if it does I'm 16 just incase that helps with anything.

Have you been under alot of stress? Do any family members have stomach ulcers?

I actually have no stress right now as school is going well, I'm going out every week with my friends having fun and everything is pretty good.

My family has no history of stomach ulcers. I'm pretty sure no one has had one.

I believe its pretty rare for somone as young as you to have one anyway but I thought it could be.

I dont know man, but I would go to a doctor soon just to be safe. It probably aint nothing to worry about.

Definitely.

I know this sounds sick, but maybe it's a parasite or a worm? A doc can tell you that though. Brandon, I've experienced phases like that before. I can't remember why they happened or what caused them though, to be honest. Been a while. I do remember taking medication in case it was a parasite though.

I was under the impression that if you had a tapeworm or something you would eat more food, as the worm is eating all of the nutrients/food before you can, so your body needs more of it.

Thats what I always heard too. I've actually heard some gross stories regarding tapeworms that I dont even want to go into.

Yeah, I don't think it is a tapeworm because I've had them before and it caused me to eat more than usual. I'll probably go see a doctor if it doesn't stop after this week.

I wouldnt wait too long though. Sometimes something minor can turn into something big if you wait too long.

Oh definitely. I'm just gonna give it a week though and hope it subsides. If not though, I'm heading straight to the clinic.

I really hope it's nothing too serious though. I can't see it being that way though.

Yeah I know, eh. It just kinda randomly started 2 weeks ago when I started going out with my friends more often.
