Concept Car I've never seen before

The other day I walk out of work in DC and I see this thing. Anyone know what this is or seen this before?

It's a T-Rex assuming I remember correctly. If it is, it's actually classified as a motorcycle.

I got to work the Laughlin River Run a few weekends ago. 50,000 bikers descend on the city...there were a few of these rolling around.

Pretty cool to look out. Pretty scary considering the idiots with the raised F-350's out there (trying to compensate for something) running a red light and hitting you.

It's a T-Rex. I remember seeing one a couple years ago on Funk Master Flex's show. Ja Rule had one.

As soon as I took that pic the light turned green and that thing turned the corner like Reggie Bush at USC.

                              1. Base cost of around $50,000 (http://trexofamerica.com/msrp.html)
                              2. Apparently, about 75% of owners get around 26-30 MPG, with the other 25% getting barely under that. The sample size of the survey, however, is small... but I'm sure not many people in America have these, anyway. (http://trexofamerica.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=201)
