    RAM Help

    This is what I have

The two Dual Inline Memory Module (DIMM) slots are keyed to insure proper insertion. The BIOS automatically detects memory type, size, and speed. Gateway and Intel have qualified this motherboard for a total of one gigabyte (GB) of DDR SDRAM memory. Each memory module

    Memory features

2.5-volt (V) only, 184-pin DDR SDRAM DIMMs with gold-plated contacts
    Unbuffered single-sided or double-sided DIMMs
    Minimum memory: 64 megabytes (MB)
    200/266-megahertz (MHz) DDR SDRAM DIMMs
    Serial Presence Detect (SPD)
    Suspend to RAM
    Unbuffered non-ECC DIMMs only
128-mbit and 256-mbit technology is supported
    256MB physical
    90% free resources
    2 memory slots, 1 free (256+0)

and I just picked up a 512 and a 256 of RAM i found left over at my mom's work, can I get a RAM upgrade working with what I have?
