I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Anyone curious what bar exam questions look like?
February 2008 Massachusetts essay portion of the bar exam.
By comparison here are some the questions from the California February 2008 Bar Exam.1. What part of barbed-wire topped fence and Danger High Voltage signs didn't Peter understand?Peter, a twelve-year old, was playing with his pet pigeon in a field near his home, which is adjacent to a high voltage electricity power substation. The substation is surrounded by a six-foot tall chain link fence topped with barbed wire. Attached to the fence are twelve 10 inch by 14 inch warning signs, which read “Danger High Voltage.”
Peter’s father is contemplating filing a lawsuit on Peter’s behalf against the owner and operator of the substation, Power and Light Company (PLC), to recover damages arising from the accident.
2. Evolution's a cold nasty bitch, Peter.
3. Peter's dad is a money hungry SOB who can't stand the burden of his son proving to the world he's a simpleton and needs to find someone else to blame for Peter's lack of comprehension.
How'd I do? Think I could pass?

Hmmmm
Is that how you took it?
IMO, that's a little bit of a narrow view.
I took it as...."who would like to see a part of an exam that normally most people wouldn't see?"(regardless of whether you can just look for these questions on the internet and find them or not.....I for one never thought to look for it.)
Interesting, if you ask me and never even thought of it as "showing off".
Too bad for you. A lot of interesting things probably fly right over you head because it's usually buried up your......{insert radio crackle here} "This message has been interrupted by the O.S. T.O.S. Police in an effort to keep Knight165 from receiving a violation.....have a nice day!

Re: Anyone curious what bar exam questions look like?
Good luck. You taking the Pieper Prep course for NY? I've heard really good things about it compared to not so good things about Barbri's NY prep course.
The Massachusetts exam was the one I took. Of those 10 questions I would have really only classified Question #3 as extremely difficult. Everyone I saw discussing it online seemed to agree. It was quite the experience that day. For me the first question was as easy as it could get, but I'll also be practicing Family law.
The second question was on Federal Civil Procedure, at least for me it basically tested the stuff I knew best about Federal CivPro. For a lot of people that subject is a difficult subject.
I went to WNEC. I strongly considered transferring to UConn Law after my first year but that never materialized. Looking at the current market and the reality of how schools like WNEC are viewed I probably should have transferred.
Good luck, what state?
I'd pass you, but I doubt that's what the Bar Examiners are looking for.1. What part of barbed-wire topped fence and Danger High Voltage signs didn't Peter understand?

Thank you. I really didn't think I was doing it to brag. I mean this is the OS Neighborhood forum and I was just showing people what these exams look like. I know there are a lot of college students on this forum, and at least all of the people I knew in college at least contemplated law school at one time or another, those people could see what the bar exam looks like. I guess I thought if someone was going to respond like that it would have been in the other thread where I announced I passed.Comment
