    Speed training?

    I am currently working on strengthening my legs and gaining a bit of speed. I do plyometrics 3 times a week, lift weights 5 times (which includes squats, lunges, leg deads, hang cleans, and calf raises to work the legs) , jump rope once-twice a week, and try to run atleast once a week. Any other tips on increasing my speed/quickness?



    PS: my sport is football
