How do you think you'll go out?

I don't want this to get too graphic or filled with any suicidal tips or anything, but it just occurred to me as I was eating dinner tonight that I lucked out in not ordering any french fries at this Philly Cheesesteak place because they cook them in peanut oil, and I'm deathly allergic to peanuts. I forgot to bring my Epi Pen as well.

But I figure that, someday, I won't be so careful. I'm guessing I can't survive 50 - 60 more years without having an incident involving peanut ingestion, even if it's kissing someone without asking them, "BTW, did you have some PB&J before this?"

How about you? Did you ever think you have a flaw or vice that could be exploited in your impending death? I have mine, and I have a feeling it will own me someday.

Or maybe you'll just die of old age? Perfectly normal (and hoped for) result.


Just wanted to know what kinds of ideas or thoughts people can strike up or have thought up before.

1. Murdered by the CIA, NSA, Mossad, or KGB (they'll bring them back just to take me out). They'll get wind of my clone army operation and attempt to stop it before I become the supreme chancellor.

3. Self induced explosion. Probably TNT. If it ever goes bad, I intend to go to an empty field and blow myself up. Nobody else will go down; I just think it'd be a baller way to go out. "That dude's crazy; he just blew himself up for fun"

I think i'll either die staying up all night or sleeping all day. Either way it'll be peaceful.

I have always wished I would just die in my sleep. Not be really sick or anything, Just be old and go to take nap on my recliner and not wake up.

My grandfather had brain cancer and I remember seeing him in the hospital rtight near the end and I've always wondered how much he was aware of what was going on. We had seen him a few weeks before and he was doing decent. Talking to us and everyhting. Then next time he can't even move and he seemed to be in total agony.

And my grandmother on the other side had 3 strokes in her life with each one making her progressively worse. By the third she could hardly do anything but sit there. The thing was she would sometimes respond my moving an arm or looking at you and I hated seeing it.

That has always scared me. One thing in life that really freaks me out is that I will die really horribly or basically have an extremely prolonged bout of suffering before I die. And I have always felt that's how I would go.

I would guess either lung cancer, or a heart attack.

On a serious note, I hope I go out without being a burden on anyone and my kids are taken care of. I'm guessing a nice little heart attack when I'm about 65. That'll suit me just fine.

I just hope I don't live to be 100 or so and not remember anything. My Great Grandfather turned 100 last August and doesn't really remember anyone. But it isn't too bad, he'll still sing his favorite song (In The Garden), and recite the Lords Prayer and John 3:16. I guess he remembers all he needs to.
dang, I'm getting myself pumped for July Revival at my Church.

Yeah that is tough. I think a drive bye. Probably one of my old students. Who knows, maybe cancer. I do know one thing I don't want to live pass 80 maybe 90. I would be very happy to check out at 70 in some what good shape and able to function on my own. My Grams is 93 and is going blind and lost her hearing too. I don't want that.

With my family history it'll probably be by some kind of heart condition. If I had my choice it would be in a hail of bullets like Sonny Corleone.
