    Computer Virus

Can someone help me with the removal of a computer virus? I am getting these popups about winspywareprotect, and I cannot access AVG website. The scan says it has a trojan and a worm. If I were to delete my whole hard drive would it go away? How can I fix this?

Do you use AVG? What are the options you get after the the scan tells you about the trojan? Should be "heal" or "move to vault", so do whatever it gives you. And use Windows Defender too. You can also get some anti-spyware program, it should help too.
As for deleting, you can format your drive and it should solve it for good, but try first dealing with it.
    My Specs:

    ZX Spectrum
    CPU: Z80 @ 3.5 MHz
    GPU: Monochrome display
    RAM: 48 KB
    OS: Sinclair BASIC

well since it seems like you can get online, the best free stuff I can suggest is to download SUPERAntiSpyware and run their scan, then download an Anti-Malware scanner from Malwarebytes. After running them reboot in safe mode and run them again, the reboot in normal mode and hope stuff works.

Malwarebytes offers advanced antivirus, anti-malware, privacy and scam protection for all your devices. Protect your digital life today.
