What are you guys mentally and emotinally addicted to?

For me it's 2 things.

1. Coffee - I have at least 3 cups of coffee everyday and I'm just now realizing how much money I spend at coffee shops; it is absurd.

2. Vinyl - Not so much with CD's, but I find this weird joy in owning something on vinyl as opposed to a CD. I can only listen to it when I'm at home but I love having that huge cover with my favorite music on it. I have a very good amount of obscure and weird vinyl records.

Thank God I avoided becoming addicting to that stuff, I did it regularly for about two years before putting an end to it.

caffeine, or soda w/caffeine. do not drink coffee, just drink soda like it is going out of style these days. i have to stop too man, all those empty calories...
