What on your grilling menu?

Tomorrow it's beef dogs, a london broil, and crab stuffed mushrooms. I'm addicted to those things.

London Broil, my favorite meal. I usually have it marinated in some Teriyaki, Caribbean Jerk, Mesquite, or some steakhouse marinade. So good.

tomorrow I am grilling babyback ribs and I'll throw corn on the cob on there.

Is it possible to be addicted to grilling? I mean, I grill out 5 or 6 days a week.

Smoked pork shoulder is great. Luckily my grill has a smoker attached to it.

Also on my grill menu is Hot Dogs, Ribs, Steak, Corn, And sometims Burgers.

Chicken breasts and grilled potatoes.

Mix in some BBQ sauce on the chicken and throw some ranch on top of the potatoes, and you have yourself the best meal I can possibly make.

Charcoal grills and Smokers are great for weekends and holidays. Gas grills are nice for Monday through Friday when time is limited.

Keilbosa used to be my favorite but it gives me brutal heart burn these days. I stick to chicken and cheeseburgers mostly.

Charcoal grills and Smokers are great for weekends and holidays. Gas grills are nice for Monday through Friday when time is limited.

Charcoal is all I use. I don't grill that often but when I do I grill a lot and freeze the rest.

I probably grill 3 or maybe 4 weekdays a week and while charcoal is great, I don't have 20-30 minutes to wait while the coals get hot. My gas grill is ready in 5-10. Plus if I'm just going to grille a few chicken breasts of especially burgers, I'm not going to reap the benefit of the charcoal anyways.
