Perfect Pushup question
Does it make a difference what direction your hands are pointing when you're pushing up and coming down?Tags: None -
Re: Perfect Pushup question
No it doesn't. In fact there is a push-up program poster it comes with and it says to do both ways.
BTW, there are two versions of these perfect pushups. One is with the steel handlebars which go for $39.99 and there are plastic ones that go for $19.99 at Walgreens. I have tried both and they are the same.
Save your money and get the ones for 20 bucks. -
Re: Perfect Pushup question
oh, this is a machine. I was kind of confused. I would say stick to regular push-ups, save your money and don't buy it.WUSTLComment

Re: Perfect Pushup question
Is the perfect pushup really worth paying for?
I really fail to see how that could be better than doing regular pushups.Comment

Re: Perfect Pushup question
Borrow it, do a weeks worth of workouts and you'll see. I kinda thought the same and after like my second day doing it I was sore in my forearms, triceps, chest, shoulders, and abs. It's one of the best things I've ever bought. I wish I took a before and after picture. I'm currently in my 4th calendar workout.[NYK|DAL|VT]

There's a 3rd one too. It's a smaller travel size that is great for those of us who travel with work and have to rely on those so called "hotel gyms".
For $20 it's worth it. If you don't have access to a gym and you're worried about losing strength, follow the program and you'll maintain strenght while even gaining some endurance.Comment

Re: Perfect Pushup question
When I have to travel, sometimes I can't count on the hotel gym being worth a crap, so I have my Perfect Pushup, and my Bodylastics resistance bands. I don't think Bodylastics is a "Seen on TV" type ad, but for 49 bucks, it works pretty well... I agree, one shouldn't be so quick to dismiss stuff just because you see it at 2 in the morning on TV.Comment

Perfect Pushup. Anybody Ever Used Them Before?
Been thinking about buying these for a while and I'm bout to go through on it. But I wanted to know if anybody on here has ever used them before? And if yes, how often did you use them and how long was it before you started to see the results of using it.
Preciate the feedback, fellas.#RespectTheCultureComment

I bought a cheap set off amazon about a month ago. I really like them. I can really tell the difference and when I do regular pushups they are a breaze. I paid $20 for mine and would have no problem spending that cash again.Wasted Penguins
