Same with me. It started getting a little to expensive and embarassing to make up some story to my brothers of why I was accidentally stepping on all the controllers.

Looking back, I'm trying to figure out why I ever did such stupid things. I definitely took my games way more seriously back then, but it usually wasn't a "what the ****, I'm losing" type of thing because I don't mind the losses. What I do mind is when the CPU continually cheats its way into making me lose. Prime example of this was in MVP 03 (I believe, or 04). I was a game away from completeing a team goal of sweeping a rival. I played the 4th game of that series 5 times. Each game I had a lead, only to lose it midway through because they hit everything, no matter what or where it was located. I ended up opening the XBOX disc tray, then smashing it back in. It cost me the price of another XBOX. I later found out that the Cardinals weren't even listed as a rival.

Wouldn't happen now though. Even if I'm losing because the CPU magically starts doing everything right no matter what I do, I'd just give a little sigh and play on.
