Probation period for all incoming rookies..

Too many times I go to a thread which starts out fine then a rookie who just signed up in June July whatever says some of the silliest things like they are on 2k forums. Can we put them on probation, like they cant start a thread and are limited to 5 post a day for 3 months, I mean 95 percent of the people on here are good folks but man these rookies kill it sometimes.

5 posts a day wouldn't even allow someone to put out a clear and concise opinion on the Favre story much less contribute to the forums.

I believe they shouldn't be allowed to start threads for about a month unless they contact a mod. Too many dumb *** threads are started about stupid things.

There should be a maximum # of posts if anything...Remember when Chris_Paul3 or whatever was posting 50+ a day. I think after a week, he had like 500.

Quite true. I remember that. Those posts were complete nonsense. Out of the 50 45+ were true that, I agree, yes, and that kind of thing.

Lol, if you check out his profile, his post count is zeroed out at 0. But if you look at all posts by him, there are like 300.
