Thing is thought that we routinely spend $20 on insignificant crap without thinking twice like fast food, cigarettes, snacks/drinks, clothes and other little unnecessary things. So it's just kind of funny to sit here and think about how many ways we can stretch this here $20. If it's so much of a sacrifice, give up something else you know you shouldn't be paying for for a week.

I won't like, I was a broke college student that just got a check when I donated but it was one of those decisions that I contemplate a while, then just do and regret for 3 days before I completely forget about it.

I'm gonna donate again soon actually. Not right now though, just spent $700 dollars on some more important stuff.

what would be really awesome is if someone would donate on the behalf of several good users who for whatever reason cant and give them all the perks of a blue name

I don't think so, they still get their $20 and you help some one out. kind of like a Chairity. I would do that for someone. If I still had Paypal. I might still do it for someone. I think that would be cool.

As DK said it has been done before (donating for others).

People need to just take what the Czar said how he meant it. He will MATCH donations up to $100 because OS really cares about the community and also gives us top notch information.

Steve goes way above and beyond for the folks on this site. I'm pretty sure the 1,000+ pictures from NCAA 09 is still fresh on many of our minds.
