If Someone Passed Gas In Your Face, Would You Fight Them?

This may be a stupid question. But I really want to know how others would respond to it.

This was asked to me today. It was random as hell.

My first thought was, "no". Thinking that would be a dumb reason to fight somebody. But then, what do you do? Just laugh it off. If you do fight him, when someone asks you why you got in a fight, would your response be "Because this *** hole farted in my face. I got in a fight cause some guy farted in my face." How ridiculous would that sound?

So say your sitting down on a bench or chair anywhere where you were with some friends and some beautiful women all around where it was real quiet.

Then some random person walks by, bends over and puts his butt right in your face and farts loud enough for everyone to hear, and for you to feel the gust on your face.

Would you fight this person?
If not, what would you do?

I've asked people at work and got both "yes" and "no" answers. I'm curious as to what OS thinks.

No. Never been in a fight, never plan to be in one.

I'd probably just laugh at how disgusting it was and walk away.

You said it yourself originally - it's a dumb reason to fight. Hell, fighting is pretty much always dumb.
