Strep freaking Throat!!!!

I got strep throat, don;t know how I caught it, but man am I sick, I was running a fever over 103 the last two night, went to the hospital and got some antibiotics, but man I never has strep throat, I haven;t eaten in two days, I can;t swallow and damn thing, even swollen water is so painful.

That sucks FF. I haven't gotten it recently, but when I did, it wasn't pretty.

Strep throat does indeed suck. I think I have a case of it now actually, but it could just be something else. Either way, it ain't pretty.

I had strep throat 9 times in one year before I got my tonsils out.

9 times in one year. Wow. I've had it around 3-4 times in 5 years. I've had pneumonia 6 times in 5 years though.

I had strep, and a fever about every month from the time I was like five until I was nine. Strep didn't come with the fever every time, but when it did, I absolutely hated it.

I finally got my tonsils taken out in fourth grade, and ever since then I haven't had the same problems.

Feel better man...I used to get strep and get sick all the time...got my tonsils out few years ago and I rarely ever get sick it's awesome. But strep indeed does suck so I hope you can get over it soon.

hang in there man, I remember when I was a kid, I would get strep every winter. The worst part I remember was getting tested for strep at the doctor's and having to get that swab thing jammed down my throat.

Yeah when I was I kid I got strep almost every winter too along with pneumonia. I went to the doctor and they didn't even test me. My doctor just asked about symptoms and then I just got a "yeah you have strep" and got some medicine.

I think I had it about a week ago. I didn't eat nothing but 1 can of tomato soup and 1 can of chicken noodle soup for about 5 days. I didnt go to the doctor so I dont know for sure that it was strep throat, but it took me about 7 days to get over it, so I assume that it was strep.
