My current jeans are Dry Bones. Next pair will probably be Flat Heads.

I'm friends with the owners of Self Edge in SF (www.selfedge.com) so they've gotten me into fancy denim.

I wear corduroy 90% of the time and I haven't bought a pair of pants that cost more than $20 ever in my life.

Damn! $100+ for jeans? That's too much for me, the most I'd spend on any pair of jeans is like 50-60. I was looking at some pretty cool Guess jeans the other day and almost pulled the trigger, looked at the price tag...$80. Folded them back up and went on my way.

I like Levi's. Macy's is always having sales on them so you end up paying like 30-40, plus they're comfortable.

Gap jeans when I have $. and Rustlers from Wal-Mart for $9. For $50 you could wear a new pair of jeans every day (and when youre as dangerously handsome as I am the brand doesnt matter)

The real reason I wear Rustlers is because I skateboard. I dont feel bad about soaking them in sweat and ripping them apart (never ripped on purpose though... i am not a fashionista)

How long do your jeans last? If i skate them my jeans last a couple months. if not I can wear the same jeans for years.

                    your paying for quality tho.

like i imagine youve spent over $200 on a lot of jeans youve worn over the last 2 years. then youw ash them and the quality goes to ****, and they start looking liek ***, and then you end up hardly wearing them anymore, or throwing them/giving them away.

With Raw denim/Japanese denim you basically can wear for sooooo long, and they fade and form to your body and start looking all sick.

                    its pretty cool.

LOL @ Paying for quality arguement. Never has a pair of "cheap" jeans broken on me. I don't give a damn about quality of jeans man. Thats just something that people that spend a lot of $ on jeans tell themselves to make themselves feel better about spending that much on jeans.

Old Navy is durable. I have jeans that I have bought like 6 years ago.

Yeah I have no idea where the "quality" argument comes from. I've gotten jeans from all over the place and have never had any of them rip, fade, or look terrible.

Yep...and a few months ago when they had their $12 special, I loaded up big time. Should be good for the next several years unless I gain or lose some serious weight, but I've been wearing the same size jeans for the last 10 years, so I think I'll be alright.

Plus Old Navy does pretty good with current fashion trends with their jeans as far as cut, color and overall style.

My wife spends money on designer jeans, but she gets her use out of them, plus girls can use the "they make my *** look great" excuse, which I can care less about since my jeans will never "hug" mine.
