I am going stir crazy not having a next-gen system right now. I can't play my ps2, its ugly. Its like breaking up with a really hot chic and then banging a fat ugly girl to feel wanted.

The ice is destroyed by 1230. Like snow everywhere. I've fallen a couple times now at the end just because the ice was so horrible.

My defending has really improved recently. I pressure a lot more and I seem to have better instincts at blocking passing lanes and shots now.

I just need to start putting the ball in the back of the net and I'll be golden. I sense a goal on Friday.

I probably could do okay on O but my issue is that I can only do anything with my left side. My left side is just that much stronger than my right. My right side in any sport isn't worth crap

I really miss soccer now that you won't stop talking about it, haha. It was the sport I played when growing up. I never really got that great, but I could hold my own.

PJV, pick up Freedom Fighters for your PS2. If you haven't played it, it was awesome. It never really got a lot of recognition and I always wanted another one to come out.

Super talented (at least for my team). One of my friends played professionally in MLS for 2 seasons (and is in the process or trying to go to Mexico to play), another one plays for his college and they just won the D-II (or III) National Championship. Our 3 girls all play on their college team and start. I'm EASILY the worst player on the team, it's so obvious. All the people I play with have played their whole lives, and I've just started playing in the last couple years.

All this talk about Soccer is giving me the urge to strap on a pair of boots and hit the field. I remember my younger days as a defender. There was one time(about 7 years ago, I was around 16 years old) a scout from Toronto came to watch me play; I saw the dreams of playing in a big European league, or on Team Canada right in front of me. From there I ended up losing complete interest in the sport, only playing in pickup leagues from then on.

I played with some buddies when I was living in LA, but since then (about six months ago), I haven't taken the field (or gym for indoor).

That is awesome though. You have probably progressed extremely quickly because of it. Couple kids I play with have played on there High School teams and one guy was on his college team. Half the people there kinda suck though. I've only been playing for threeish months and I can confidently say I'm one of the better players there.

Oh for sure, I'd be nowhere without playing with them.

My other friend who hasn't played on the team is in Mexico playing right now, and he was basically the reason I stuck with soccer. I'd just go out and knock the ball around with him and his dad and they'd help me get better. Because when I first started, I was beyond useless.

So, there's this...decent chick at work that I finally met/worked with today. She's alright - not hot by any stretch but could probably get it based on the "cute" factor. At least, that is how I viewed her when I first met her. Then I found out who she actually was:

Three years ago, my sister and this guy were going out. My sister goes back to college, guy is still at home...guy cheats on my sister. Sister is "heartbroken" (****ing girls man, so dumb) and all of that ****.

The girl? The guys younger sister.

Finding out this information instantly launched her into "Must **** and never call again" territory. I need to find a way to get with this girl so I can then ignore her, make her pissed and get her brother pissed.

Don't know why, maybe it's because I've always been the protective brother and since this dude was bigger than me, ex-military and all of that and would absolutely kill me in a fight...I just want to find a way to get back at him for cheating on my sister
