When it happened last year it was pretty badass. No power for 3 days and no school for a week and no finals. I'll take it. Plus I just hung out with friends, ate, and saw movies so it was actually pretty enjoyable. I don't really mind not having power too much.

The last big ice storm I had we lost power for a week.

so some of you might remember two weeks ago, when a chick that I was dating at the time wanted "two weeks to know if she was ready for a serious relationship yet".

Well, apparently she wasnt. She texted me today and told me she just "wanted to be friends".

Im actually glad, I found some stuff out about her over the last couple of weeks that I dont like and I was dreading having to break up with her, cause I feel bad for her cause her family life is screwed up, but she did the dirty work for me.

Gentlemen....I propose a toast to being single!

Does anyone here eat at Taco Bueno's? Not sure if it's just a southern food chain or if it reaches up north. Anyway, they have two menu items that are great, cilantro rice bowl and black bean bowl. I'm trying to eat better but have no time to cook a decent meal. I tried these two combined and it blew me away at how good it tasted and I figure it can't be as bad as most of the stuff I use to eat. Try it the next time you go there. Also, I concocted this thing I call

Chicken Surprise:

2 Skinless Bonless Chicken Breast
1 Can of Corn 16oz?
1 Can of Rotel Tomatos
Wheat Tortillas

Dice the chicken into cubes and sautee untill done, then add the Rotel and Corn, both minus the juices until the corn carmalizes. Place in tortilla add cheese if you like and also you can add brown or white rice if you need more filler. Try it out, its also very good and not too bad for you.
