            The piss actively goes through their gills. I try not to eat animal feet so standing ain't a problem for me.

                    yeah, my wife is catholic, and i get on about this every lent and good friday ... makes no sense to me.

                          That wiki article pretty much sums it up...Meat is derived from the flesh of a mammal, according to the FDA and Government.

                          If you look at the classic definition though, it means the edible flesh of a food, so, it still is rather ambiguous.
