I'd go for the lightest kid, swing him around a few times to clear some space and then toss him in the direction of the most heavily populated area of the room. I'd repeat this a few times to knock the numbers down as much as possible. Then I'd go after the individuals and smallest groups while constantly moving from side to side.
While the kids are trained in MMA, they are still 2nd and 3rd graders and I don't think they'd be smart enough to break into groups and try to out flank me or come up with any thing other thank LA riot type mob movement.
If they did try to surround me and close in, I'd sprint as fast as I could at one section and dive into them trying to level as many as possible with my shoulder and elbow (Ronnie Lott style), then I'd scurry to my feet and use these kids as olympic hammers from the hammer toss and repeat part 1.
Once a few of them started bleeding, I think fear would start to overcome many of the others and their agressiveness would subside some.
They key is staying on your feet as much as possible and avoiding them eye gouging and nut punching you.
Plan B) Hope I have a butt load of candy and win them over at first, then rile them up and after they crashed from their sugar high, I'd go to work on them one by one.
