Yeah, for sure. I just wanted to say that it's WAY more common for cats to be abused than dogs... they're also way moer likely to be adandoned or otherwise turned stray. Sad situation, but not very surprising considering their history/mythos as an evil animal -- people hold on to some weird things from the past, and that's one of them. They're being treated better now than in the 50's (that's when the "bag o' cats" in the river was a somewhat common thing), but they still get the shaft, especially compared to dogs. Hopefully they find this d-bag and lock him up for animal cruelty.
