Today Shaun Alexander was a guest speaker at our church and stayed for lunch. He was a very nice guy with a big love for Christ. He spoke of a tour he will be starting soon witnessing to people about Christ. So far he said his cities are Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington DC, Seatle, and in July my hometown Bayou La Batre. I'll have a pic of us up on myspace later.

He was in town to be inducted in the Senior Bowl Hall Of Fame. But the head coach at the local high school Bryant High School was one of his coaches at Alabama, Ronnie Cottrell who he says was a big influence in his life so he came as a favor to him to help with the youth in the community.“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
