Re: My newest pet peeve- I have to vent on this a bit

LOL... I was trying to figure that out too.

But, yeah. There have been times when I've came outside with my hood on. Keeping it on because it's warm and I'm not really thinking about it. But I'll usually take it because there's always a point where I feel like the hood is blocking my view.

So yeah. I don't think people should be driving with their hoods on.Comment

Thats where you are wrong. I have picked up and gotten AT LEAST 5 girls numbers while in my car. I even once got a girls number while we were both on the expressway. Comment

Re: My newest pet peeve- I have to vent on this a bit

What a broad, and completely wrong, statement.

If I have my hood on it's because the heat hasn't kicked in and my head is still cold so I don't bother taking it down until the car warms up a bit.

But you're completely right - it's just a fashion statement because I'm trying to pick up girls in my P.O.S., dented up car. Comment

Re: My newest pet peeve- I have to vent on this a bit

You can wear your hood so it doesn't cut off your peripheral vision, I do it all the time when driving. I'm lazy and often don't heat up my car in the morning so it's cold as hell until the heat kicks in, so my hood is on pretty regularly. If you pull the hood all the way on though so you can't see a damn thing, well then you're an idiot. I don't like driving with my hood on. I know it limits my vision and therefore I take it off, even if it means I'll be a little bit colder.

I'd rather be cold then dead. NHL - Philadelphia Flyers NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
