I have gotten into a few debates with police officers about this subject at the bar and I can make them look like fools. The fact that most people who are against pot do not know why other than the fact they were brought up to hate it. Just like Racists who are brought up to hate a certain race, It is easier to go with what you know than to question why.

It really makes me wonder how Pot can still be Illegal after all these years when everything points to it being made legal.

Well hell, my 70-ish year old grandmother believes it should be legal. But, and I don't have anything to support this, I bet the misconceptions are much more widespread among the older generations.

I couldn't support it either. Would probably make for an interesting study for someone that was way too much time on their hands and a whole lot more motivation than I do.

Either way you're right, the misconceptions are definitely out there and remain strong (despite mounting empirical and logical evidence to the contrary).

His camp also allegedly offered to host parties for the tabloid and push his sponsors to advertise with them.

"It's seeing if something potentially very negative for Michael could turn into something very positive for the News of the World," his spokesman, Clifford Bloxham, told the paper.

The scandal could be a major buzz kill for Phelps, whose agent, Peter Carlisle, has said Phelps could bag up to $100 million in endorsements.

The world-record holder's deals with Visa, PowerBar, AT&T Wireless and Speedo may all be in jeopardy.

During the two-day stay, the normally reserved Phelps was spotted partying hard with a flock of females.

"He arrived with a group of girls hanging all over him. Every girl wanted a piece of him and every guy wanted to be his best buddy," the student told the paper.

"He couldn't get enough of all the attention."

This isn't the first scandal for the golden boy, who was arrested in 2004 for driving under the influence near his home in suburban Baltimore, when he was 19. He was sentenced to 18 months probation and fined $250.

Phelps' spokesman did not return repeated requests for comment.

Good for him, a lil pot never hurted anyone.

First that could be anyone, it is not a great picture. Second, the water is way to high above the bowl. Third where is the smoke? Not even a trace of smoke. Last is that a penis pump?

Yeah, I go to school and work. I'm really ruining my life. Ruining my life would've been not going back to school or not looking for a job...or quitting my job so I was broke.
