Alchohol has different effects depending on how much you consume. Alchohol could be just a beverage and you don't get drunk at all. With weed you get high regardless of how much you consume

There's also a buzz stage similar to alcohol. The more weed the smoke the more it'll effect you, just like alcohol.

So I'm guessing you're using the "I'm joking" copout instead of the personal attack infraction.

I still stand by what I say, I've seen it ruin lives first hand. Dude from my high school was the valedictorian of our class, but got so caught up in weed our senior year that he stopped giving a **** about school, and not only didn't finish valedictorian, but got kicked out of school before graduation because he got caught with weed.

Then you have my friends who drink regularly and ended up top 10 in the class and go to one of the best public schools in the country (Penn State).

Don't downplay alcohol...I've seen plenty of alcoholics who have ruined their lives. In fact, a co-worker just had a childhood friend move back home because his fiance dumped him due to alcohol, he lost his job due to alcohol, etc. You may think you're a "functioning alcoholic" but it'll catch up with you.

My buddy graduated top ten of his class and goes to one of the top 5 public school(MICHIGAN). Kid has a 4.0 and his major is biochemistry. The kicker of this is he smokes everyday.

Or hey how about one of these old timers I know who smokes guess what? He is a lawyer and a damn good one at that.

Umm bud really it depends on what kind of weed it is. So I could smoke a joint by myself and not get high. Trust me I have done it.

And I have seen people who are able to control there smoking and not like it affect there school or work or relationships. Its all about the person and how they can control there OWN life. THEY chose to make the choices they did.

No, but it can help contribute into farking up your life, just like alcohol.

Your comparing a liquid to a solid. If I could drink a beverage that smelled and tasted like some bomb *** dope I would even if didnt get a high from it.
