I had Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro on tap last night. Wow, was that fantastic. Right up there with the best beers I've ever had.

Had it a little over a month ago. Was a good beer. Real good flavor, went well with the fish fry I was having. Certainly enjoyed it.

I went to heavy seas chilli and cheese festival last sat. Lots of good brews on tap to taste. Loved the yule tide cask beer and big dipa.

Forgot to post this last week when I picked up a few six packs of it, but Troegs Mad Elf is out. Stocked up early after not being able to find it last year once Thanksgiving passed.

My cousin just told me about this place called Total Wine. He said they have cheaper prices than his liquor store, and a HUGE selection of craft beers.

I'm pretty sure it's a chain store, in multiple states. It's a bit out of my way, so there'd have to be some solid deals for me to go there.

Anyone ever been to one?

Went to one in Albuquerque last month. Was actually a little disappointed in some of the beer selection but fantastic store.

And for me any store where I can get both beer and liquor in the same place is a victory.

Is it pretty common in other areas for liquor and beer to be sold in separate locations?

Where I live, everywhere sells both, and I just refer to all of them as 'liquor stores'. But even other parts of Maryland are different, and in Baltimore County the stores are closed on Sunday.
