Wheres Waldo: 103 famous faces in one painting

This painting has been making the rounds on the net and people seem to have a hard time naming all of them, I certainly do. Some are pretty easy, Elvis, Pele, Michael Jordan, Yao Ming, Ghandi, Hitler, but then there are the hard ones. I could probably name half at best, lots of politicians and ancient Asian philosophers I'm not sure of.

It's an awesome painting though, I'd love to find a really good hi res pic and print and hang it. No one seems to know who the artist is either which is odd.

I have to post the pic in a link because it needs to be a decent sized version to make out faces, and it would horribly stretch your screen.

LOL, I guess MJ has that huge grin on his face because of that bottle of booze right next to him.

Alright...I'm missing it. Where is Osama? I see Churchill, Hitler, Einstein, Pele, Ghengis, Lenin, and dozens of others, but no Osama bin Laden.

EDIT: And Donovan, where's Yao? I see Mao Zedong, but no Yao Ming.

EDIT II: If you mean the Chinese man with the 12.88 on his chest, that Liu Xiang, the Chinese hurdler who broke the World Record in the 110m hurdles during the 2004 Olympic Games.

Oops, no Yao, my mistake. That hurdler looks so tall I thought it was him, but yah he's the guy that limped off at the Olympics isnt he?

Yup...just caught him. Staring right at "W".

Awesome painting, by the way. Great find!

I wonder why Dubya is in his pyjamas and looking through a telescope? Its like he's watching Saddam all the way across the painting.

Now that I look at it, that makes a lot of sense man. Pretty creepy painting, Osama looking at "W" from the back while W is looking at Saddam through his telescope (since he's far away on the left).

Tyson for famous boxer? Ali. That's all I gotta say.

This is such a great painting though!

What I find funny is no one knows who the artist is, but people suspect that due to the number of famous asian people (many, like the three chinese artists on the tower top right looking down) who are unknown to people outside of china and asia that it was someone in the east.

I also like that on the left side of the painting there are more western figures and on the right side it becomes more eastern and Indian, while many middle eastern figures are in the center. Its almost like a map of the world where people are located. Generally speaking, there are quite a few that arent in that theme though so maybe I'm reaching. Prince Charles is surrounded mostly by asian and indian people though, maybe showing Englands influence in India and the far east for so long.

His dress is similar to some local custom he was in during a foreign function...not PJs.

The spyglass watching Saddam, however, is genius (coupled with the Bin Laden staring at HIM over his shoulder).

Tyson for the whole "pride before the fall" allusion. He had the chance to be the greatest, much like many in the painting, and yet something or someone halted their advance (be it Buster Douglas, capitalism, the British, etc).

I don't see Osama but I recognize most of the faces there. That's one helluva piece of art. I'd actually like to buy a version of that on canvas or whatever.
