I first found the OS when I was a senior in high school. I was looking for info on NCAA 02 and I stumbled across this site. Back then it was still on the old message boards and I would only post every now and then, especially in the NBA threads, but as time went on I enjoyed being on the site and reading and posting comments on different topics.

After I graduated, I went on a trip to LA for my graduation gift and when I returned, the OS had changed message boards and you had to start all over. I remember some people were upset, because they would lose all their post counts. But it was good they changed, because look how this site has become BIG and now I get all my VG info here and still enjoy posting comments.

I remember I came here after reading some of Shawn's (sdrotar) articles on Xbox.com. It was just after NFL 2K5 had released and right before Madden, so I was looking for some info on the games and never left after that.

I think I had a different username around 2002, when I first found OS. I got linked here through a search and I read the forums for about a month and then disappeared.

About a year after that I was lookin for some sliders for NCAA, and I got linked back here for Pared's sliders....so I started a new account and have been lovin this place ever since.

I've been here so damn long...Its kind of crazy thinking about how much nonsense and insight I've read from all you guys.

So many cool people I've met and continue to leave an impression on me. Originally I had some great conversations with Bacardi (Eddie), TCrouch (Terry), bkrich (Brian), sdrotar (Shawn), Rusted Walleye (Dale), Clay_OS (Clay), Fossen (Mark), Nivek (Kevin), fsquid (??), Fetter21, injunwal, Shredder, TMskillz (LOL), acid, nickb, and many others that I am regrettably forgetting right now.

I'm not sure if that's a good thing I'm in between TMskillz and nickb in your list.

I joined about 6 years ago, so I was 14. I mainly lurked around for awhile and then finally joined up.

I used to always post in teamxbox.com's sports forum. Someone mentioned that this Operation Sports place was better for talking sports games, so I figured I'd check it out. Turns out, nearly seven years later, I'm still here, checking the boards every day and getting information.

I remember first seeing this site searching for Home Run King (gameplay) videos on Google. This site had some awesome videos of the game, one being Bonds hitting it into McCovey Cove. I can't remember what actually got me to register though. I know this was the first thread I ever created:

I remember coming on this site around 2000. Before 2000, I used to view Digital Sports website frequently. Then Digital Sports announced the existence of this site and since then I've been here.
