    Date ideas? (preferably something active)

I am beginning to court a young lady and would be interested in some date ideas.

I'm a dinner and movie guy myself, but she really likes active stuff (I do as well if I'm motivated to go) and I'd think it would be quite fun. Not really looking for anything serious, just a good time.

Do something that you don't have to spend much $. It is getting nicer outside, go to the park or something. Figure her out before you take her out.

If you are just looking to have a good time, cut all the middle stuff and invite her to your house
      Concrete evidence/videos please

Nah, it's not even like that. Just friends who decided to get a little more serious.

The park sounds like a nice idea. I was thinking something like Dave and Buster's if it's a rainy day (like it supposed to be this weekend). Good idea?

Dinner and a movie is boring. It's plain and the movie provides zero opportunity for interaction.

Do something interesting, especially if she already told you she likes active stuff. Play Frisbee, go bowling, bicycling; mix things up. If you're feeling adventurous, take a salsa lesson.

Exactly, dinner and a movie is bland and pointless. You can't really enjoy someone's company in a dark theatre or at dinner (sorta).

Dave and BUsters is cool, yall goin Dutch?

Weather permitting, miniature golf makes for a hell of a date.

Dave and Busters can be expensive as hell though. I don't know about you, but I'm not one to spend a lot of money on a date. (Could explain why I've been single for a year and a half, though... lol).

You can go to a zoo. My ex loved that. We went to the Pittsburgh Zoo a few times and hit up any critter farm or little zoo we could find in the area.

Imagine if she was on the forums reading this thread!

That would be quite the scene

a trail walk is nice. Quiet and its a chance to do something active and interact.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(
